  3. Think before you give a dishonest answer, explanation, sarcasm, or reason.
  4. Be careful of when and how you use exaggeration, sarcasm, or irony.
  5. Be careful not to twist the truth or leave out part of it.
  6. Don't indulge in little white lies.
  7. Watch out for silent lies.
  8. When you catch yourself lying, throw your mouth into reverse.
  9. Talk to yourself.
  10. Treat yourself when you tell the truth.

Reflection:
These 10 tips are useful because they will help you be a better person. Such as always telling the truth. There will be times when telling the truth is hard because of the consequences there might be. Telling someone about your commitment to tell the truth is also helpful. Not only it reminds you that you will tell the truth. That person will also lend you a hand. Before giving a smart answer. You have to think how that will make you feel about yourself. Also you'll have to stop and think how bad you might hurt the person with a sarcastic answer. Have caution when you exaggerate as you are talking o someone. This can mislead the person into thinking something else. Don't say a version of the truth. Meaning don't say little truths that would have a major impact later on.  Don't take pleasure in little lies. They will eventually become bigger. Silent lies are when you are asked a question and you don't answer. From my understanding staying quiet is another way of lying. If you catch yourself lying, stop and say the truth instead. Talk to yourself when you think about lying. It could bring a lot of consequences if you do lie. Lastly, whenever you tell the truth. Treat yourself to something because you did the right things.

School Break Days

During My Spring Break, I spent it mostly babysitting my little sister. I worked on some homework that was assigned during the break. I also started writing two books that i am planning to publish further into the future. I went to the gym and my aunt's house. While being on break i talked to a new friend i met before spring break. i also watched a couple of movies such as passengers, Logan along with some t.v shows like 13 reasons why, Prison Break and among others. I enjoyed the movie Logan a lot because it wasn't much about having powers or saving the world from a catastrophic event. It was more like being more human and learning to come to terms with what you are. I listened to a lot of Panic at the disco because they are such a good band and i enjoy their music. I spent most of my time cleaning the house or sleeping. I also did some research on information i needed to incorporate it the book i'm writing.
