"The Six Attitudes Of High Achievers"
John R. Noe
1) Make no small Plans
To say to not make small plans means that you should set your goals high. That you should not settle for less and strive to achieve this goals you want to achieve. Even if they look hard to reach you still should on give up on them because if you work hard than the reward will be worth it. And don'y listen to those who said you can't do it, use those words as fuel to give you motivation to work harder and being able to prove them wrong. Plans change everyday and you don'y know what the world will throw at you, but it's up to you to decide how you are going to react to those changes. Small plans don't give you that big of a reward they usually don't require you to do much work. small plans usually are just short cuts to an assignment and at the end you still don't master that subject. Small plans also lead to not learning almost anything, big plans although help you prepare for the real world and how not to get stunned by what the world throws at you."If we dedicate ourselves over and over again to the goal of climbing one peak to the next...resisting the urge to become discouraged by the task-every one of us can become a high achiever." John R Noe
I will apply this to my life by not making small plans that will not get me anywhere in life. I will make bigger plans to prepare me for what's to come.
2) Do What They Fear
When it says to do what they fear it usually means that you should do what others can't achieve. Most people who have tried something new say that no can do it. It usually means that they don't want someone else to achieve what they could not. Always prepare yourself for what may come and try to achieve whatever goals you have. Most people are afraid of the goals they have because they think that they will never achieve it and when someone else tries they fear that you will do better than them and tell you that it is impossible. Its the fear that they that will impede you and tell you that even you someone who is well prepared cannot achieve a goal. So use that fear that they have an use it as fuel to boost your confidence and believe that you will surpass them in every way they could not achieve.
"Thinking will not overcome fear but action will" W. Clement Stone
I will apply this to my life by doing what others tell me of what I can't do just because they never achieved it.
3) Are Willing to Prepare
This means that you will be prepared for anything that comes. That you will willing to tackle any type of challenge that you will face. But you have to be prepared for these challenges. Most people don't prepare for whats to come because they don't know what will happen in the future. No one is sure what will happen but all what we can do is be prepared and at any moment life will come and challenge us by making us choose a choice that will define who we really are as a person and individual. Be prepared also means that you are willing to be better, to improve who you are and not let anything or anyone else bring you down. Most people who prepare will most likely succeed in life because they were willing to be prepared even if they didn't know what was going to happen. Our choices define our future and we must be willing to fight against those who try to bring us down.
"If we wait until we are ready, we'll be waiting for the rest of our lives" Unknown
I will apply this to m life by being more prepared because I won't know what will happen in the future.
4) Are you willing to risk failure
This means that in everything you do in life there is always a chance of failure. And so we must accept that in everything we'll do we might fail. So we must be ready to accept those failures and learn from them as we move on. It is scary to fail at something you have worked so hard for, but we must face it. we must be willing to take that failure and so we can make a better performance next time. Failing is not bad it just means that we learn from our mistakes and we don't let them get to us. Sometimes when we try multiple times we will also fail, but we continue anyways because it's something we want to accomplish and to make ourselves proud. Not every professional athlete became good all of a sudden, they also took the risk of failing at something they wanted to accomplish. Failure sometimes might not be an option but life will come and we will fail because that's life challenging you to try again or to stop trying. We will take the risk at failing even if it's five times. ten, hone-hundred, a thousand times, we will risk failure because we won't give up.
"If you are unwilling to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary" Jim Rohn
I will apply this to my life by willing to take more risk at everything I do.
5) Are Teachable
This means that all High Achievers are still teachable. Meaning that they are still learning about their surroundings and the world. It means that even if the succeeded in all of their goals they are still willing to learn more and more. and they can use all of what they know to teach others about the world and how it works. They can do that to have more higher achievers who want to expand their knowledge. Everyone learns something new everyday but is up to them to know how to use that knowledge. It doesn't matter how much you know, it only matters how much you learn from the world and even your mistakes that you make. Everyone is teachable and everyone who wants to succeed must be willing to be taught. Only those who want to learn are the one who will get far in this society we live in. It also means that they don't give a hard time to their instructor when it comes to being taught a lecture or a lesson they sit there quietly and absorb everything that the teacher is telling them.
"Be willing to be a beginner every single morning" Meister Eckhart
I will apply this to my life by learning more new things everyday.
"The best and most beautiful things cannot be seen or touched-they must be felt with the heart" Helen Keller
I will apply this to my life by having a pure heart when i do something that i love.

6) Have Heart
To say to have heart it means to put passion when you are doing something. It means that you won't go down easy and that you won't give up. It means that you will not fail because you have put heart on your goal. It can be when you throw a hail mary in football and hope on of your teammates catches it. Or when you have a free kick in soccer and hope that you score a goal. It can also mean when you throw a basketball onto the hoop and hope that you will make that three-pointer. Having heart not only means that you have faith in what you do, it means that you also have practice hard and so long that you know you can make it. If you don't put heart on your goal then you will end up failing and won't succeed. It's important to know that you won't give up that easy and that you have a pure heart when it comes down to do something you love."The best and most beautiful things cannot be seen or touched-they must be felt with the heart" Helen Keller
I will apply this to my life by having a pure heart when i do something that i love.
Final Reflection
To be a higher achiever there are some characteristics that you need to have. One is to make no small plans. That you should never have small goals even if they give you a sense of accomplishment and won't get you very far. Making big plans will help you be better. another characteristics is to do what people fear. Meaning achieve the goals they could not achieve. They will tell you that you can't do anything because they fear that you will do better, don't let that bring you down. another one willing to be prepared. This means that you must be prepared for whats to come in life. Life is unpredictable but it does not take a lot of time preparing for what may come. Also you are willing to risk failure. In order to succeed you need to fail a couple of times to be successful. Not everyone is an expert when they try something for the first time. Also you are teachable, meaning you are still willing to learn from others to make yourself better. Lastly, is to have a heart. It does not matter what you do a s long as you have a heart and passion to do it.
